I had the chance to visit 4 lounges during my family vacation. They were all Priority Pass lounges, including the Primeclass Lounge in Zurich. We had 6 hours to kill between flights, so we headed up to the lounge.
Location of the Primeclass Lounge
The Plaza Lounge is located on the 3rd floor, above Gate E52 in ZRH’s E Terminal. The signage is clear and shows you the way to the lounge. You can access it either with the elevator or the stairs.
How to access the Primeclass Lounge
The lounge is open daily from 6:00am until 10:30pm. Zurich International Airport can only resume operations at 6am due to legislation. So the lounge has good operating hours.
The lounges allows access for up to 3 hours. However, the agent was very understanding (we travelled with our two small children) and allowed us to stay close to 5 hours.
Or you can be an American Express Platinum card holder. Access to the lounge is part of the Platinum card travel benefits. My wife and I showed our Amex Platinum cards and boarding passes. Kids under the age 6 get in for free.
